Refunds

This refund policy is non-negotiable.
All sales are final. We do not offer change-of-mind services.
We are not responsible for lost orders due to incorrect delivery address entered at checkout.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Issues

If you have issues with your order such as damaged, incorrect, or defective items, please email us immediately.
Customers have 30 business days after shipping (the day I drop the order at the Post Office) to contact me regarding order issues.
